Pregnant Clients
It is vital that any pregnant client informs instructors at Sundays Studio of their pregnancy as soon as they are aware. Pregnant clients must have clearance from your doctor, womens health physio or OBGYN to safely pertisipate in our Reformer Pilates sessions.
At Sundays Studio, we can accommodate pregnant clients in classes by having alternative movements and alterations that can be made. From 20 weeks, your instrauctor will offer you an alternative from lying on your back with the use of a wedge or other equipement to ensure comfort and safety.

If you are new to Reformer Pilates, we highly recommend starting with a private session or our group classes that are aimed at pre and postnatal clients.
