Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book in? Just show up?
Due to our small class size and set timetable we ask that all clients book in for class. This can be done via the website or by downloading the Glofox app from the App store & searching for 'Sundays Studio'. Still having trouble? Contact us directly at sundaysstudiopilates@gmail.com.

For future ease of use-we recommend using the Glofox app as you can easily keep an eye on your upcoming bookings, waitlist and memberships.
Its my first class. What do I need to bring or wear?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your first class to have a tour of the studio and familiarize yourself with your instructor and equipment. If you arrive late to your first class, you will be asked to reschedule for safety reasons. Our studio is intended to feel low-key and welcoming, so wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in. For hygiene & safety reasons, grip socks are mandatory for reformer classes. These are available to purchase in studio.
What happens if I book, but cant make it?
We know that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, however our classes are small & often have a waitlist. This is why our cancellation policy exists which all clients must adhere to. Early Cancel - If you cancel at least 9 hrs prior to class start time, your class credit will be returned to your account to use for a future date.
Late Cancel - If you cancel less than 9 hrs prior to class start time, your class credit will be deducted from your account.
No Show - If you do not show up & do not cancel, your pass will be deducted form your account. Please, if you think you wont make it to class, cancel as early as possible, as this allow others, who may be on the on the waitlist, a chance to fill your spot.
Please note - if you are booked into the morning classes, we ask that you kindly cancel before 8pm the night before to allow waitlisted clients a chance to join.
The waitlist - how does this work?
If a class is full, you have the option to add yourself to the waitlist. If someone cancels the class, a space on the waitlist will become a available. All clients on the waitlist will be notified, the first to book secures the spot.
IMPORTANT - Treat your waitlist like a booking Please monitor your waitlists like you would your bookings. We understand things change so if you know that you can no longer attend the class, it is your responsibility to remove yourself from the waitlist as there is only 5 spots availiable on the waitlist.
